HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number that you can use to check the status. It takes 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 12 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@renevoir.com with your name and order number and we will check it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
